Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales operations of a small company. This role is responsible for coordinating orders with retailers, verifying order and payment information, troubleshooting issues, and providing customer service while supporting the Head of Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and follow up on orders with retail partners to ensure timely fulfillment
Verify order details, pricing, and payment status for accuracy
Address and resolve order or delivery issues in a timely manner
Provide responsive customer service to retailers and clients
Maintain accurate records of orders, communications, and transactions
Support the Head of Sales with administrative and operational tasks
