Previous customer service experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Professional and friendly attitude
Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Good organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Basic computer and typing skills
Experience with customer service software or CRM systems is a plus

Monday to Friday
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Eastern Standard Time (EST)

This is a remote work opportunity for individuals who can work independently from home.
Equipment & Workspace Requirements
Computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM
USB headset with microphone (no earbuds or AirPods)
High-speed internet connection (100 Mbps or faster)
Quiet and professional work environment
Two monitors/screens required for training (Pictures will be requested before the interview)
Compensation
$800.00 USD monthly salary
$50.00 USD monthly home office assistance
Payments are made via direct deposit on the 5th of each month
Training / Probation Period
There is a 90-day probationary training period during which compensation will be $700.00 USD per month.
